We offer two types of services to benefit you! Our 'Budget Service' or 'Comprehensive Service'.

BUDGET TRADEMARK SERVICE

We realise that when you are starting a business, being able to protect your assets at the lowest cost possible, is of high importance. That's why we have decided to offer a budget trademark service.

Searching before applying: (Word AND Graphic)	$575.00 (Results within 3 working days)
	+ $110.00 (Results within 24 hours)
	+ $220.00 (Results within 4 hours)
Applying for the trademark:	$399.00 First Class
	$349.00 Each Additional Class
Address for Service (If Electing our Office)	$110.00 - Once off fee
Registration if/when approved:	$400.00 First Class
	$350 Each Additional Class

All fees above are quoted in Australian dollars and include government fees, professional fees and GST where applicable.

COMPREHENSIVE TRADEMARK SERVICE

As the Comprehensive Service is designed to provide you with a more flexible and personal service, we are not able to list the fees, as we are with the budget service.
