Before applying to register trademarks, we encourage you to have a trademark search conducted. All government departments around the world, including Australia, take many months to examine applications and return the results. By having a search conducted you will know the likelihood of success in a matter of only a few days.
The comprehensive search is essentially a 'full availablity and infringement' search in Australia. We will provide you with a written report, inclusive of opinion on likelihood of success in registering your trademark. We will also provide advice as to how you may be able to address any issues found and provide recommendations on the best 'next steps' for you.
