For an additional fee, we offer 'fast tracked' search results. You will see on the forms we send to you three options for searching:

What is a search and why have one done?
Before applying to register trademarks, we encourage you to have a trademark search conducted. All government departments around the world, including Australia, take many months to examine applications and return the results. By having a search conducted you will know the likelihood of success in a matter of only a few days.
We will search the appropriate databases for any conflicting trademarks and provide you with a report on our findings. We will also provide you with the best 'next steps' for you and your business, include recommendations on overcoming any problems that may have been found, suggestions for the appropriate 'classes' and any further information that may be relevant.
You can conduct your own 'free trademark search' using the registered trademark database, made available by the trademark government office. However, without the necessary experience it is often difficult to obtain accurate results.
We know of many cases where individuals have conducted their own searches, believed their name or logo to be 'available' and then received adverse reports from the Trademarks Office stating that similar marks exist and essentially 'rejecting' their trademark applications.
