A free trademark search is available. Unlike other "free" searches that only give a response of 'yes/no/maybe and please contact us to discuss', our free search results show the identical and most similar trademarks to yours that may affect your application and registration, as well as offering recommendations. We welcome further discussion about your search afterward (no fee or obligation), however the reported results are not designed to make you have to get in touch to find out the basics. Whilst not as comprehensive as our paid search, this is a great starting point, and often a paid search is not subsequently required.
Our fees are lower than the majority of trademark attorney firms and trademark registration businesses. We acknowledge a lot of other firms offering what appear to be lower fees – however, often they exclude government charges (our fees are always inclusive). In some cases we have been made aware they will charge per minute spent reporting to you throughout the process (again, our fees are inclusive of this time), or even cease to represent you once the application is filed so all further actions are left to you to figure out.
